The spa facilities were cozy yet intimate, and the gym was superbly equipped with great machines. I also loved the location near public transport for easy exploring. Really enjoyed the private terrace in my room, perfect for relaxing.

Unexpected pools and spa delights

My family enjoyed spacious rooms and an amazing gym! The separate male and female spa facilities were a pleasant surprise, offering privacy while we relaxed. Everyone loved the convenient location near shopping.

We found the pool a bit chilling for our liking, despite it being advertised as 28 degrees. The depth was also unsuitable for our younger kids who needed a shallow area.

I had a delightful experience during my 2-night stay in a Junior Suite. The room was elegantly decorated, with a comfortable bed and ample space for relaxation. One standout moment was the early check-in when I arrived, which was a huge relief after my long journey. The reception staff were exceptionally accommodating and made my stay memorable.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the hotel was just a short walk away from the stunning hagia sophia museum and the vibrant sultanahmet district, which made my weekend strolls unforgettable. not to mention, having so many wonderful restaurants like kaburgaci selim amca and yemeni restaurant nearby meant i never ran out of delicious meals to try after a long day exploring the city.

Room was super luxurious with a private bathroom, free toiletries, and a minibar. Loved the spa with hammam and steam room. The fitness center was awesome, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and organic juices. Plus, it's just 100 meters to the tram, making it easy to get around the city.

Absolutely loved the Senior Suite! The spaciousness made it feel like a home away from home. The large bed and well-appointed desk areas were perfect for working remotely. I struggled with the weak Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom. Despite several complaints, it remained inconsistent, which was frustrating during video calls. The bathroom was a highlight for me—modern with plenty of surface space, though I wish the kitchenette had been included for added convenience. The local area provided easy access to a tram station and a mall nearby, which was ideal for shopping. The Emirkhan restaurant nearby has fantastic food at affordable prices, a must-try! While the gym amenities were top-notch and I had a great experience there, the dining quality at the hotel left much to be desired—bland food that felt underwhelming for a five-star setting. the room was comfortable, but the hotel does need to address its dining quality and the Wi-Fi situation to truly shine.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to various restaurants and shops, making it very convenient. The staff showed remarkable professionalism and willingness to assist at all times. it would be beneficial if the hotel offered a wider selection of international TV channels.
